As theEmailAutomation SpecialistatAdFarm,you will play a critical role in shaping and executing email strategies that drive results for our clients.This role has a focus on email development, quality assurance and deployment of automated email campaigns and journeys.Reporting to the Email Automation Strategist, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams tohelp inform the copy and design based on email best practices and transformthese designs into accessible and optimized email builds.

Accountabilities:

• Email Building (Includes:coding and using drag-and-drop editors)
• Audience Segmentation & Personalization
• Testing & Optimization
• Deployment & QA
• Customer Journey Mapping

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, test, and deploy emails in platforms such as HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, andActiveCampaign, ensuring error-free delivery and consistent rendering across devices and clients.Thisparticular rolehas a strong emphasis on Salesforce Marketing Cloud email creation.
• Implement personalization strategies within email content to maximize relevance and engagement for different audience segments.
• Execute A/B and multivariate testing (subject lines, creative elements, send times, etc.) to continually improve performance.
• Understand and map customer journeys to create relevant andtimelycontent that guides recipients through the sales funnel.
• Analyze email campaign performance data toidentifycontent trends, understand what resonates with audiences, and make data-driven recommendations forcampaignoptimization.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and account managers to ensure smooth workflow from campaign ideation through execution.
• Make HTML/CSS edits when necessary to customize templates or resolve rendering issues.
• Stay informed on industry trends, deliverability best practices, and emerging email technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree inBusiness,Marketing,Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in email development, ideally in an agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp,ActiveCampaign, etc.).
• Ability to respond quickly to trends, cultural moments, and audience behaviour shifts.
• Proven ability to work effectively with creative, strategy, and client service teams to execute integrated email.
• Commitment to ensuring brand consistency, message clarity, and polished outputs.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities, experimenting with new approaches, and elevating email.
