We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Conveyancer to join our growing brokerage. In this role, you'll manage residential real estate transactions from accepted offer through completion, working closely with Realtors, clients, lawyers, lenders, and other industry professionals to ensure every file is handled accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional care.

$65,000+ yearly DOE
Manage residential real estate transactions from accepted offer through to completion and possession
Review contracts and transaction documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Prepare and maintain conveyancing files and coordinate all required documentation
Communicate professionally with clients, Realtors, lawyers, mortgage brokers, lenders, and other industry professionals
Monitor critical transaction deadlines, including conditions, subject removals, completion, and possession dates
Request, organize, and review strata documents, title searches, mortgage instructions, and other transaction-related materials
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with brokerage policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Deliver exceptional client service by providing timely communication and proactive support throughout each transaction
Assist Realtors with transaction coordination, administrative tasks, and day-to-day file management
Identify and resolve transaction issues proactively to help ensure successful and timely closings
Previous experience as a Real Estate Conveyancer, Conveyancing Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, or in a similar real estate support role
Strong knowledge of residential real estate transactions, conveyancing processes, and industry best practices
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize a high-volume workload
Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach
Proven ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and real estate software platforms
Experience working within a real estate brokerage, legal office, notary office, or conveyancing environment is considered a strong asset
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional service to both clients and colleagues
