Your Daily Impact

• Prepare monthly financial statements for several entities
• Participate in monthly and year-end closings
• Analyze financial results and explain variances
• Present financial results to managers and answer their questions
• Support operational teams in monitoring their financial performance
• Review the accounting cycle and ensure the quality of financial information
• Supervise certain activities of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting
• Ensure the reconciliation of inventories and various balance sheet items
• Prepare files for external auditors
• Collaborate in the preparation of budgets and monitoring of financial performance
• Participate in the improvement of accounting processes and internal controls
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of work methods
• Collaborate with different branches to ensure consistency in accounting practices
• Occasionally travel to support teams on the ground

Your Expertise

• CPA title obtained or in progress
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting
• Experience in an accounting firm considered an asset
• Experience in a multi-entity or multi-site environment
• Very good mastery of Excel
• Comfortable with accounting systems and technological tools
• Valid driver's license
• Functional English
• Ability to thrive in an environment where multiple files are managed simultaneously

Work Environment

This role is centered on providing financial support to operations in a multi-site context. It is not just an accounting production position.

The selected candidate will work with several internal partners, support managers in understanding their financial results, and directly contribute to process improvement.
