About the Opportunity

Staffmax is recruiting for an established and growing company specializing in commercial HVAC and Building Controls.

We’re looking for a relationship-focused Service Sales Manager who can develop new business, manage existing accounts, and grow recurring service contracts throughout the Winnipeg market.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HVAC or controls experience who enjoys building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial service opportunities
• Manage existing customer accounts
• Sell preventative maintenance and service agreements
• Prepare proposals and quotations
• Build relationships with building owners, contractors, and facility managers
• Identify opportunities for additional services
• Work closely with technicians and ownership
• Grow recurring service revenue

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, Building Controls, Mechanical Services, or Building Automation
• Background in Service Sales, Account Management, or Technical Sales preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
• Valid driver’s licence
