Responsibilities• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, sales orders, product information, and order status updates in Abbotsford.
• Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately in the ERP system, collaborating closely with production and accounting teams to guarantee timely fulfillment.
• Provide comprehensive sales support to outside sales representatives, including preparing formal quotes, compiling customer documentation, and facilitating client communications.
• Assist outside sales leaders in identifying new sales opportunities, monitoring agricultural market trends, and promoting brand growth.
• Liaise with production, inventory management, and procurement teams to monitor product availability, stock levels, and manufacturing schedules.
• Coordinate with external logistics providers and freight carriers to secure competitive transport rates and ensure reliable, on-time deliveries.
• Prepare regular, data-driven sales performance reports, order summaries, and market feedback documents as directed by the Business Development Manager.
• Promptly investigate and resolve customer inquiries, shipping delays, or product concerns with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Inform supervisors immediately of potential supply chain bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, or operational concerns to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain organized customer files, price lists, and administrative records in accordance with company policies and quality management guidelines.
• Represent the company with a professional, positive, and collaborative image at all times, including providing holiday or peer coverage when needed.
Qualifications• 2+ years of hands-on experience in sales coordination, customer service, sales support, or administrative support roles within a professional setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); prior hands-on experience with CRM or ERP software platforms.

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Agriculture, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
