About the Opportunity
Our client is undertaking a major business and technology transformation to modernize operations across a complex, multi-entity organization.
As part of this initiative, several frontline operational systems are being implemented and integrated to support business-critical functions including airport operations, field services, inventory, billing, and Finance. This role will lead the Frontline Systems workstream, partnering closely with Operations, Safety, business leaders, IT, and implementation partners to deliver new operational capabilities across multiple business units and locations.
This is not a traditional IT Project Manager role. Success requires someone who understands how frontline operations work, can drive business process decisions, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure technology supports the way the business needs to operate.

- Comfortable working in complex, multi-site or multi-business environments
- Experience coordinating technical teams without acting as the technical solution owner
- Consulting or professional services experience is considered an asset
