Business Analyst I


Aversan Inc.() is a trusted multi-service engineering and electronics manufacturing company. Aversan delivers leading-edge and reliable safety-critical electronics and software systems to the aerospace defence and space industries.

We are currently seeking aqualified Business Analyst The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets building scalable Power BI solutions and delivering meaningful insights that improve business performance. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to design data models create dashboards and reports and support strategic initiatives through data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Collect clean and validate data from multiple sources (Salesforce Jira Planisware internal dashboards).
  • Design develop and maintain Power Bl dashboards and reports.
  • Create interactive visualizations and executive-level scorecards.
  • Ensure dashboards provide accurate reliable and user-friendly insights
  • Partner with business leaders to understand reporting needs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide training and support to dashboard users.
  • Perform root cause analysis on implementation issues and develop dashboards to monitor KPls

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in data Analytics Software Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power Bl Tableau) and analytics platforms
  • Experience with KPI frameworks and governance models.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking systems (Jira Salesforce) and multilingual environments.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across organizational levels and support leadership teams.
  • A results-driven mindset with strong focus on achieving project objectives.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability.
  • Autonomy in task execution and decision-making within established frameworks.
  • Flexibility and agility in managing priorities and adapting to evolving needs.
  • Bilingualism (French and English is required.

Compensation:$75000 $95000 CAD (annual salary)
