Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Technical Writer (10+ years) to write SOPs and technical documentation using Government of Canada documentation practices within enterprise IT environments.
Join a modernization initiative supporting the evolution of recruiting capability through the Digital Recruitment System (DRS) project. This role focuses on producing and coordinating technical documentation for cloud-based and mission-critical enterprise systems integrating Salesforce, mainframe databases, and existing enterprise platforms. The engagement supports major capability releases requiring standardized documentation, bilingual processes, and alignment with Government of Canada documentation standards.
