Sales Development: Support our clients (schools, clubs, businesses) and enhance the B2B process at both national and local levels.
Gift Cards: Maximize the growth of physical and digital gift cards across all sales channels.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and empower a high-performing B2B sales team across the country.
Management & Profitability: Manage daily P&L, negotiate shipping/transportation contracts, and optimize budgets to drive growth.
Operations: Ensure the success of Decathlon Pro by equipping teams with the best tools and platforms.
Your Profile
A professional diploma in sales, or a university/college degree in business administration or marketing.
At least 2 years of experience in sales and business development.
Bilingual (French and English), curious, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
An excellent communicator, capable of building strong, lasting partnerships.
