Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne motivée pour pourvoir le poste d’infirmier ou infirmière gestionnaire de cas. La personne retenue sera responsable de gérer des cas précis qui lui sont confiés relatifs au remboursement aux patients et de coordonner les cas avec le département NavieGo de l’entreprise. L’infirmier ou infirmière gestionnaire de cas s’occupera de la gestion globale des cas des patients et agira comme point de contact unique pour les fournisseurs de soins de santé qui lui sont désignés.
