Bilingual Recruiter

We are seeking a driven High-Volume Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team of a top-tier Canadian retail and e-commerce leader for a 3-month contract ($27.00/hr) with strong potential for extension. In this fast-paced role starting early next week, you will own full-cycle recruiting initiatives to support rapid hiring for e-grocery and last-mile delivery operations, including candidate sourcing, phone screening, and manager scheduling. This position offers a structured 3-day set schedule working on-site in a dedicated workspace, making it an excellent opportunity for a professional with at least one year of high-volume recruiting experience to build their portfolio with an iconic national brand. Responsabilités
Maintain high candidate engagement and deliver a smooth candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding.

Partner with operational managers to meet target hiring quotas and tight deadlines.

Track candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications
Language: Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal) is required.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume, logistics, retail, or agency settings.

Availability: Able to work on-site 3 set days per week (no flex days) starting early next week.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and web-based sourcing tools.
