We are looking for a bilingual inside sales representative to join a rapidly growing SME that offers a patented and distinctive product in the transportation industry. The position is based on-site in Quebec, within a collaborative, well-structured, and results-oriented environment.
Your Role
In this position, you will take charge of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. You will have access to a database of over 30,000 qualified leads, a high-performance CRM, a dialer tool, as well as existing marketing campaigns to support your efforts.
Your Main Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to targeted prospects.
Develop business relationships with a clientele primarily located in the United States.
Present the value of the product and tailor your approach according to customer needs.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
Ensure rigorous follow-up of opportunities in the CRM.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve growth objectives.
What We Are Looking For
A person who is perfectly bilingual in French and English.
A strong comfort level with outbound calls and virtual exchanges.
An autonomous, structured, and results-oriented profile.
Strong communication, persuasion, and sales closing skills.
Good business judgment and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Experience in inside sales, prospecting, or business development.
