IT Architect III


Aversan Inc.() is a trusted multi-service engineering and electronics manufacturing company. Aversan delivers leading-edge and reliable safety-critical electronics and software systems to the aerospace defence and space industries.

We are currently seeking a qualified IT Architect and a senior architect who can bridge business objectives operational requirements and technology decisions into a cohesive enterprise vision.

Responsibilities

  • Create a clear picture of how business processes applications data and operating models come together to support Finance and Manufacturing transformation. Connect Technology Decisions to Business Outcomes Translate ERP design decisions into business impacts.
  • Work closely with ERP Product Manager ERP Delivery Lead Business SMEs Solution Architects Integration Architects Change Management teams to ensure transformation decisions are aligned and support the broader enterprise vision.
  • Develop Executive-Level Material Prepare clear and concise presentations for senior leadership. Translate complex technical discussions into messages suitable for:
    CIO
    Executive Management Committee
    CEO briefings
    Steering CommitteesThe ability to simplify complexity and tell a compelling business story is critical.
  • Define Future-State Architecture Develop practical views of
    Business capabilities
    Business processes
    Operating models
    Application landscape
    Data flows
    System interactions without creating excessive architecture documentation or governance overhead.
  • Has deep experience with ERP-enabled business transformation.
  • Understands Finance and Manufacturing business processes.
  • Can converse comfortably with technical architects and business leaders.
  • Has developed enterprise roadmaps and transformation strategies
  • Is highly analytical but pragmatic.
  • Enjoys turning ambiguity into clarity. Can challenge assumptions while building consensus.
  • Produces executive-quality presentations and recommendations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in systems Software Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • 12-15 years in Enterprise Architecture Solution Architecture ERP Transformation Technology Consulting or Business Transformation.
  • Experience supporting global ERP initiatives.
  • Experience working in Finance Manufacturing Supply Chain or Operations environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise applications integrations data and reporting.
  • Experience with Oracle SAP Microsoft or comparable ERP platforms.
  • Global ERP Transformation Experience Oracle/SAP ERP Expertise Executive Storytelling & Board-Level Presentation Skills
  • Bilingualism Business & Technology Integration Executive Communication & Influence ERP Transformation & Enterprise Design

Compensation:$120000 $145000 CAD (annual salary)
The base salary or rate offered to an applicant within this range is determined by considering several factors including the individuals geographic location skills competencies and unique qualifications. This ensures compensation is fair and aligned with the specific requirements and attributes of each candidate.
