About This Role:

Giant Tiger Wholesale is looking to hire a Receiver(904) for our 660000 square foot distributioncentrein Johnstown Ontario!

• Verify items received for accuracy against purchase orders and trailer maps

• Report quality variances and ensure accuracy of received product

• Clearly sign all transport documentation and indicate any discrepanciesCommunicate all discrepancies and errors to shift supervisor

• Separating orders (stores) if mixed on a skid

• Usage of RF units and ability to anchor to shipping lanes and Pack & Hold

• Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee inventory control and security levels are maintained

What Youll Bring:

• Familiar with material handling equipment

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-motivated; ability to work without direct supervision

• Experience with or a basic understanding of personal computer is

• Voice picking or Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMOS) experience is an asset.

• As part of your onboarding you willbeto complete three days of paid machine training and successfully obtain in-house certification. Successful machine certification is a mandatory condition of employment as it isan occupational requirement.

Friday to Monday 3:00pm - 1:30am
