TheTechnical Business Analyst

isresponsible forensuring our internal systems work seamlessly, integrate effectively, and support our growth. This role combinesbusiness analysisofdepartmentsIT needs with the ability to recommend and help implement solutions to theirproblems,liaisingwith the IT department to deliver solutions.

Youllworkbetween IT and other departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering etc)helping them understand their business requirements as well asenablingthem use the tools currently in usesuch asSmartsheets(Managed Services),ZenDesk(Product Support), HubSpot (Sales & Marketing),and BambooHR (People & Culture)ensuringtheyreconfigured efficiently, documented clearly, and integrated across our IT ecosystem.

Job Duties

• Partner with departmentexpertsto understand workflow needs andoptimizesystem functionality to support business goals.
• Work with IT to help manage configurations, permissions, and integrations across systems to ensure data integrity and smooth cross-functional processes.
• Support new system implementations, upgrades, and rollouts including planning, testing, documentation, and training.
• Act as the SME in IT forPlanitarsnon- ITbusiness systems, including but not limited toSmartsheets,ZenDesk, and HubSpot.
• Develop andmaintainclear system documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Deliver training and guidance to employees to drive system adoption and consistency of use.
• Work closely with IT to align system architecture with security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
• Continuously assess opportunities to streamline, automate, and integrate processes across teams.
