Key Responsibilities

- Assists in the development of strategic plans.

- Develops business cases by identifying needs, analysing options, and assessing ROI.
- Helps determine business priorities and sequencing for execution.
- Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.
- Acts as the prime subject matter expert for internal / external stakeholders.
- Monitors and tracks performance, addressing any issues.
- Designs and produces regular and ad‑hoc reports and dashboards.
- Breaks down strategic problems and analyzes data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Leads change‑management programs, including readiness assessments, stakeholder management, and sustainment of initiatives.
- Leads development of communication strategy to influence or change behaviour.
- Defines frameworks for managing processes, policies, and procedures.
- Leads execution of operational programs, ensuring quality of execution.
- Develops and manages comprehensive information management systems; leads initiatives to improve processes, analysis, and reporting.
- Reviews proposed outputs for workflow implications.
- Collaborates in the design, implementation, and management of core business processes.
- Designs processes based on requirements and best practices, ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
- Streamlines and simplifies existing processes, automating where possible.
- Documents processes for stakeholder communication and implementation.
- Ensures processes meet established standards and effectively use templates and tools.
- Integrates information from multiple sources to enable efficient processes and enhanced reporting.
- Participates in core process transformation across business groups.
- Develops understanding of organizational interactions and engages stakeholders.
- Resolves process issues raised by stakeholders.
- Operates at a group / enterprise level as a specialist resource to senior leaders.
- Applies expertise creatively to solve complex, non‑routine problems.
- Implements changes in response to shifting trends.
Qualifications
Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and / or certification in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Deep understanding and problem‑solving ability for business issues.Expert knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards across the project lifecycle.Expert knowledge of business processes, procedures, and controls.Expert understanding of risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements.Seasoned professional with education, experience, and industry knowledge.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.Exceptional influence skills.Expert collaboration and team skills, with a cross‑group focus.Able to manage ambiguity.Data‑driven decision making.Salary
$86,000.00 – $160,000.00

The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part‑time roles will be pro‑rated. For commission roles, the listed salary represents the expected target for the first year in this position.
