Schedule : Monday to Friday 10 : 00 am 6 : 00 pm
Hybrid Position : Minimum 3 days in the office a week. Must have highspeed internet (300mbs minimum) to work remotely.

JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a dynamic environment and will provide exceptional service for our clients and the millions of people who count on them. The ideal candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail outstanding communication abilities and robust problem-solving skills. You will provide product and service information while processing orders for Fire Departments from across the country.
