At Bar 1911 we focus on what makes each coffee variety we carry special, offering pulled espresso shots to slow bar methods, and everything in between, whichever you prefer. Our bar will also offer a tap selection of rotating craft beers, brewed locally. So, whichever you feel like sipping on, we have you covered. Cheers!

As General Manager, You Will

• Oversee all restaurant financials such as labour costs, cost of goods sold, and costing team schedules.
• Demonstrate and communicate the Bar 1911 vision to all team members and lead by example.
• Ensure team members provide a memorable guest experience through coaching and fostering a positive working culture by reinforcing the MHG values daily, exciting team members with their positive nature.
• Encourage a culture that revolves around creating memorable guest experiences, roasted coffee, craft beer, and quality food.
• Work with the Kitchen Manager and their team to ensure food menu standards are met as set out by Bar 1911 and Murphy Hospitality Group.
• Aid in restaurant menu development.
• Perform front of house duties as needed, including but not limited to food & drink service, coffee prep, and bar service.
