Enhance vehicle efficiency at Rush Truck Centres of Canada as a Lead Hand Diesel Mechanic. This key role in our Oshawa dealership involves diagnosing vehicle issues and ensuring high-quality repairs.
As a full-time permanent team member, you will work under the Service Manager's direction, helping technicians and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Your proactive approach and leadership will promote effective team dynamics and exceptional customer interactions in our busy shop.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and health regulations
• Provide necessary technical and administrative support for technicians
• Assist in maintaining service quality standards on-site
• Promote strong teamwork and customer service practices
• Communicate efficiently with Service Advisor about job progress
Requirements:
• Hold a valid 310T certification as a technician
• Possess solid communication skills and work ethic
• Experience with SAP is advantageous
• Maintain a valid Driver's License with a clean record
• AZ/DZ License considered a plus
