Job description
Lead Petal's sales efforts and transform healthcare access in Canada as a Director of Sales. This remote role combines strategy development and team leadership to drive new annual recurring revenue. As the Director of Sales at Petal, you'll strategize to acquire and grow relationships with healthcare providers nationwide. Your efforts will focus on independent physicians, clinics, and medical organizations, ensuring they benefit from our innovative care orchestration platform. You’ll oversee an inside sales team, focusing on achieving key performance indicators and establishing a culture of accountability and success. Key Responsibilities: • Develop a provider acquisition strategy to drive new annual recurring revenue • Lead a high-performing inside sales team focused on customer conversion • Define and monitor sales processes and performance standards • Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation strategies • Utilize analytics to optimize conversion rates and improve sales outcomes Requirements: • 7+ years in tech sales, ideally SaaS, leading national teams • Proven ability to scale direct-to-provider sales models • Highly analytical with experience in sales systems • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to thrive in high-growth, evolving environments Drive impactful sales strategies and enhance healthcare access across Canada with Petal. #J-18808-Ljbffr
