Job description
Join the leadership team as a Mail Processing Team Supervisor. Focus on operational excellence and employee management while ensuring service and safety standards are met. This position is crucial for providing guidance to your team and managing all mail processing activities. You will promote safety initiatives, coach staff, and facilitate communication between shifts. Evaluating operational methods will be part of your role to drive efficiency and solve issues proactively. Key Responsibilities: • Develop processing strategies to meet operational targets • Directly oversee workplace safety and health protocols • Resolve performance issues and facilitate staff development • Optimize work procedures based on evaluations • Maintain accurate time and leave records for payroll Requirements: • High School diploma or GED equivalent • One year in management or two years in a unionized setting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Post-secondary diploma or degree is considered an asset Lead your team with a commitment to excellence in mail processing operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
