Job description
Lead operations at Reitmans as an Assistant Store Manager, focusing on team collaboration and outstanding customer experience in store management. Inspire your team while fostering a positive retail environment. In this vital role, you will report directly to the Store Manager and play a crucial part in achieving store goals. With at least two years of team management experience, you will engage in coaching, monitor KPIs, and ensure excellent customer service. You will work hands-on to optimize inventory management and merchandising as you drive store performance. Key Responsibilities: • Inspire and coach a high-performing retail team • Deliver exceptional customer service and prioritize satisfaction • Monitor KPIs and recommend actions for improvement • Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members • Maintain inventory compliance and operational procedures Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of retail team management experience • Strong organizational and planning skills • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team • Passion for fashion and knowledge of trends • Ability to work flexible hours and lift 40 lbs Be a driving force in creating a positive shopping experience for Reitmans' customers while enhancing your leadership skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
