Job description
Lead strategic revenue initiatives at Maple Leaf Foods as the Director of Revenue Growth Management. Shape pricing strategies and manage promotions to drive sustainable growth within the Prepared Meats and Poultry sectors. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead Revenue Growth Management while collaborating closely with senior executives. Your leadership will facilitate the development of innovative pricing strategies tailored to counter inflation and enhance profitability. By leveraging analytical capabilities, you will inform decisions that align with brand health and return on investment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement pricing strategies against inflation • Lead monthly Revenue Council meetings with executives • Optimize promotions using data-driven analytics • Monitor KPIs to assess pricing effectiveness • Foster collaboration with sales teams for effective execution Requirements: • Proven leadership in Revenue Growth Management • Strong analytical skills with experience in CPG • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management • Background in commercial finance or pricing strategies • University degree in Business or relevant fields Drive impactful growth strategies and foster a high-performing team culture at Maple Leaf Foods. #J-18808-Ljbffr
