Job description
Elevate your career as the IT Vice President, PMO at Saputo. Lead global transformation programs and drive innovation within a high-performing Project Management Office. In this senior role, you will report to the SVP, IT, Global Services and Regional Support, and will be key in advancing Saputo’s IT PMO. This position entails leadership in large-scale projects, including the SAP S/4 upgrade, while modernizing practices with AI and advanced tools. A dynamic leader capable of fostering relationships across diverse teams will thrive in this environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the evolution of the global PMO into a data-driven organization • Manage the SAP S/4 upgrade, ensuring business alignment • Drive enterprise governance and methodologies for project delivery • Develop cross-functional change management and training strategies • Build KPIs and executive-level dashboards for decision-making Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or Engineering • 15+ years in IT program/project management • 10+ years in senior leadership roles • Strong financial acumen managing large budgets • Bilingual in French and English for Quebec candidates Shape the future of IT at Saputo while enhancing your leadership, project management, and transformation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
