The Opportunity We are hiring an Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client, a scaling PE backed organization in British Columbia.
As the new Office Manager, you will be the visible, on-site leader responsible for creating a welcoming, well-run environment where employees, visitors, and partners can thrive.
You will bring together office operations, facilities coordination, events, and community engagement under one cohesive function, ensuring the site runs smoothly while fostering collaboration across the organization. This is a full time on-site role based in New Westminster, BC.

As their new Office Manager, you will: Lead office operations .
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy site, ensuring the workplace is welcoming, organized, and running efficiently.
Acting as the central point of coordination, you will bring together office operations, facilities, events, and administrative support, creating consistency across functions and ensuring issues are addressed proactively.
Solve operational challenges.
You will take ownership of facilities coordination by responding quickly to building issues, working with vendors, and managing repairs and maintenance activities.
Whether coordinating external service providers or resolving minor issues yourself, you will focus on finding practical solutions that minimize disruption and keep operations moving.
Lead and support your team.
You will manage and develop a small front desk and administrative team, providing coaching, guidance, and clear direction while fostering a collaborative, service-focused culture.
You will ensure the team is equipped to deliver an exceptional experience for employees, visitors, and partners every day.
Coordinate events and workplace experiences.
You will oversee the logistics for meetings, special events, and larger organizational initiatives, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned and executed.
Your work will help create engaging experiences that strengthen connection and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Build relationships and drive collaboration.
You will work closely with leaders and teams across the organization while also maintaining relationships with local organizations and community partners.
