Job description
Lead the Omni-channel Marketing strategy at Maple Leaf Foods, driving growth across Canada and the US. As the North American leader, you'll design impactful marketing strategies and optimize brand performance. This high-level position requires expertise in shopper marketing, eCommerce, and retail media. You will develop and execute robust growth strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your role encompasses overseeing digital commerce, in-store marketing, and continuous optimization to enhance overall performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: • Develop North American Omnichannel strategy and planning • Lead the marketing team for cohesive retail conversion • Own execution of retail marketing strategy in North America • Build annual omnichannel plans by brand and category • Establish omnichannel scorecard to track performance and ROI Requirements: • Strong foundation in shopper marketing and eCommerce • Proven ability to design and lead impactful marketing strategies • High-impact leadership experience in a marketing role • Exceptional communication skills for senior stakeholder alignment • Experience in Canadian and US retail environments Drive marketing excellence and measurable conversion impact through effective omni-channel strategies at Maple Leaf Foods. #J-18808-Ljbffr
