Job description
Become a key player at Air Canada Vacations as a Lead System Analyst in Montréal. Support critical business systems and collaborate with technology partners to enhance travel experiences. This permanent, full-time role in IT Operations emphasizes system analysis and application support for travel reservations and enterprise applications. You will act as a liaison between business users and IT delivery teams, ensuring projects meet quality standards and business needs. Leadership in problem-solving and analyzing system issues will be crucial to your success in this position. Key Responsibilities: • Provide Level-2 functional support for core systems • Analyze and resolve system incidents and defects • Collaborate with vendors on system issues • Document functional and system requirements • Lead testing for system enhancements and fixes Requirements: • 5+ years in System or Application Analysis • Experience with enterprise business systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence • Bilingual in English and French Utilize your expertise in system analysis, technical support, and project delivery to thrive at Air Canada Vacations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
