Job description
Shape the future of customer relationship management as a Salesforce Administrator in a hybrid setup with Trojan Technologies. Focus on optimizing the Salesforce platform to enhance efficiency and data integrity. As a key player in managing Trojan Technologies’ Salesforce, you will handle user setups, custom configurations, and data governance while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and IT will drive successful enhancements and ensure that all team members can effectively utilize Salesforce tools. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain platform with a focus on usability and security • Implement custom fields, workflows, and dashboards • Oversee data quality initiatives including deduplication • Provide user training and create support documentation • Collaborate with vendors on system integrations Requirements: • Hands-on experience in Salesforce administration • Valid Salesforce Certified Administrator credential • Experience developing reports and dashboards • Strong ability to communicate with diverse teams • Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline Transform data into actionable insights and empower Trojan Technologies to enhance service delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr
