Job description

This is a fast-growing operation with a location in Vaughan

This well-known large warehouse in Vaughan strives for innovation and optimal logistic processes to meet customer demands. Their continual drive for optimal delivery starts with their growing warehouse team and extensive training process for new employees. This company is fantastic and is looking for forklift operators who will grow with them and develop into other roles.

Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Operator
Location: Vaughan
Shift: Straight Day Shift - M-F 6am to 2:30pm
Pay Rate: $21.47 per hour

Responsibilities
Duties included but were not limited to:
• Operating a sitdown counterbalance forklift in a safe manner
• Locating and moving skids of product
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Shipping/Receiving
• Order picking


Responsibilities
• Experience operating a sitdown counterbalance forklift
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Certifed forklift licenses
Successful candidate must have experience using RF scanners. The role is not strictly forklift operation and includes a variety of warehouse duties such as:

Case and pallet picking
Packing orders
Loading and offloading trailers
General warehouse support as required



Qualifications
Forklift license - for counterbalance and reach
RF scanner experience needed

Who are we looking for?
• Experience operating a sitdown counterbalance forklift
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Certifed forklift licenses (or recently expired within 3 months)
