Job description
Lead the transformation of content operations with Accenture Song in Canada. As a Principal Director, you'll drive growth strategies and delivery excellence across diverse organizational engagements. The Principal Director of Content Operations will oversee the development and execution of Accenture Song’s offerings in Canada. This strategic role requires you to build strong client relationships, ensuring operational efficiency while shaping solutions to meet market demands. With over a decade of experience in content delivery and digital production, you will mentor a team and spearhead initiatives for business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Lead evolution of Content Operations within the Canadian market • Shape and package solutions for client challenges • Develop growth strategies to expand market presence • Ensure delivery excellence across content engagements • Build and mentor a high-performance team Requirements: • 10+ years in content operations or digital production • 7+ years in a people leadership role • Proven experience in managed services and client engagements • Strong understanding of content production ecosystems • University degree required and fluency in English Elevate Accenture Song’s Content Operations and create impactful client solutions with your expertise. #J-18808-Ljbffr
