We’re looking for candidates from food packaging or manufacturing—especially with thermoforming experience—but we’ll also consider those with strong electrical or millwright backgrounds in similar industries.

This role offers variety, occasional travel, and the chance to work closely with customers and the sales team. Standard hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm, but flexibility is key to accommodate customer needs.

(No formal trade tickets required – experienced Field Service Technicians with 5+ years here are earning over $120K.)

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install the company’s machinery (and occasionally 3rd-party equipment)


• Provide on-site technical support and service to customers


• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction


• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual fluency in both French and English is a mandatory requirement


• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing Field Service Technician experience


• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical/electrical aptitude


• Detail-oriented, clear communicator, and customer-focused


• Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed
