As HR Business Partner, you play a key role within Groupe Nordik's human resources team. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you take charge of end-to-end recruitment for the head office, while actively contributing to organizational development projects and day-to-day HR matters. You are the go-to resource for managers on everything related to talent acquisition, new employee onboarding, and the evolution of our HR practices. This role is a fit for you if you enjoy juggling multiple files at once, you always seek to truly understand people's needs, and you want to have a real impact on the organization's growth.
