Job description
Elevate customer experiences as a Service Lead with Burberry in Montreal. Oversee sales staff and ensure outstanding service delivery while driving sales and team performance. At Burberry, the Service Lead plays a vital role in supervising and inspiring the sales team to excel in customer interaction and sales goals. This management position involves providing real-time coaching and utilizing performance metrics to foster individual selling skills. The role also includes developing talent and driving a culture of excellence within the store. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and motivate sales associates to enrich the Burberry Experience • Coach associates in achieving sales goals and KPIs • Manage customer flow for optimal service delivery • Resolve customer issues and elevate concerns as needed • Lead Burberry Experience training alongside management Requirements: • Advanced knowledge of POS systems • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail • Familiarity with Apple mobile devices • Comfortable using digital tools • Strong ability to communicate store needs effectively Drive exceptional service and metrics as a Service Lead with Burberry, ensuring each client receives a memorable experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
