From new communities and institutional campuses to commercial and industrial developments, you'll provide technical leadership, guide projects through complex approval processes, and help clients bring ambitious visions to life. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you'll influence how infrastructure is planned, designed, and delivered while creating lasting impact for communities across the province. Your Impact

Lead multidisciplinary teams in the successful delivery of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional land development projects from concept to construction. Design and oversee municipal infrastructure including watermains, wastewater systems, stormwater management facilities, site servicing, and roadway networks. Drive project performance by managing scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and project risks while ensuring successful outcomes. Navigate municipal, provincial, and federal approval processes to advance projects efficiently and effectively. Champion quality and regulatory compliance by reviewing technical deliverables and maintaining excellence across project execution. Support business growth through proposal development, fee estimates, and pursuit strategies for new opportunities. Mentor emerging engineers and designers, helping develop future leaders while fostering collaboration across WSP's diverse disciplines. The Skills That Set You Apart

10+ years of progressive experience in municipal engineering or land development involving water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway systems. Professional Engineer designation (P.Eng.) in Ontario with experience engaging municipalities, agencies, and key stakeholders. Proven ability to lead complex, multi-phase infrastructure and land development projects. Strong knowledge of municipal design standards, environmental regulations, and approval processes across Ontario. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with experience working in multidisciplinary project environments. Demonstrated expertise in project management, fee development, budgeting, and client relationship management.
