Elevate your career at Intact as the Principal for Policy Administration System, focusing on modernization in a hybrid work environment. Lead architectural strategy and enhance AI integration for millions of customers. Intact, Canada’s leading property and casualty insurer, seeks a Principal for their in-house Policy Administration System (PAS). With over 15 years of experience in software engineering, you'll oversee the transformation of a mission-critical Java platform. Reporting to the Vice-President, you'll influence enterprise integration and engineering excellence while driving innovation through AI and cutting-edge practices. Key Responsibilities: • Own and define target architecture for the PAS • Lead the modernization of the PAS with modern APIs • Embed AI in underwriting and pricing processes • Establish CI/CD pipelines for swift releases • Foster community and mentor developers across teams Requirements: • 15+ years in software engineering or architecture • Expertise in Java, Angular, and RESTful APIs • Hands-on AI integration experience • Cloud platform proficiency (AWS/Azure/GCP) • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related Lead transformative change at Intact, crafting a resilient Policy Administration System for millions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
