This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive operational excellence through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and process improvements.The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in analyzing financial performance, developing executive reporting, supporting month-end close activities, and identifying opportunities to improve financial processes. This position is ideal for an analytical and collaborative finance professional who enjoys translating financial data into actionable business insights.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & AnalysisTrack actuals, budgets, and forecasts across assigned business areasAnalyze financial performance and identify year-to-go risks and opportunities across revenue and operating expensesPartner with business leaders to provide visibility into financial results and support informed decision-makingSupport quarterly business reviews with financial analysis, commentary, and recommendationsBudgeting & ForecastingSupport the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cyclesOwn financial planning for assigned accounts, including Finance Income, Operating Lease, and Rent RevenueMaintain and enhance financial models using Excel and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)Consolidate planning data and prepare financial commentary for leadershipReporting & Business AnalyticsDevelop and maintain monthly reporting packages, dashboards, and key performance indicatorsPerform variance analysis and reconcile financial data across ERP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other reporting systemsMonitor business performance trends and deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support operational decisionsEnsure consistency, accuracy, and integrity across financial reportingBusiness Partnership & Process ImprovementPartner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Accounting, Data, and Systems to provide financial insights and decision supportSupport month-end close activities, including financial adjustments, reconciliations, and reportingIdentify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting efficiencySupport automation initiatives and leverage digital tools to enhance reporting and analyticsPrepare executive-level presentations and materials for leadership, quarterly business reviews, and Board reportingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related fieldCPA, CFA, or MBA designation (or progress toward one) is considered an asset2–4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical roleExperience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and month-end close activitiesStrong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), EPM, or similar financial planning and reporting systems is an assetExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholdersStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesCollaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentNice to HavesProgress toward a CPA, CFA, or MBA designationExperience with financial process automation and reporting enhancementsKnowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP, or enterprise planning systemsExperience supporting executive reporting and cross-functional business partnershipsIndustry experience in Technology, Manufacturing, Entertainment, Media, Consumer Products, or Corporate FP&APosition Status:New RoleThis job posting reflects a current vacancy within the organization.
