Your future role on our team

You’ll lead and support the strategic operational needs of the Mechanical Engineering department at the Mont-Saint-Hilaire office. You’ll be responsiblefor talent development, performance, technical excellence and the sustainablegrowth of this department's activities. You’ll work closely with project teams,various departments and corporate leaders to ensure resources are usedoptimally and the office’s objectives are achieved.

• Coach department managers on leadership matters

Business development

• Support business development activities and strategic opportunities
• Work with project managers, client account managers and sales teams
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients

• Serve as a health, safety and environment ambassador
• Promote a culture of prevention and continuous improvement

• Over 10 years of relevant engineering experience
• Recognized technical expertise in mechanical engineering in the renewable energy and industrial sectors
• Proven experience managing teams and resources
• Experience in business development and client relations
• Ability to lead and influence without direct authority in a matrix organization
