HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics System Analyst to support logistics operations by optimizing SAP processes, tracking key logistics documents, and helping ensure efficient supply chain workflows.
In this role, you'll support the logistics team by navigating SAP EWM and MM processes, maintaining the accuracy of logistics documentation, and assisting with process improvements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system issues, improve documentation, and help ensure logistics operations run efficiently.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to build their expertise in SAP and logistics systems within a fast-paced, growing environment.
As a Logistics System Analyst, you'll:- Support logistics operations by assisting with SAP EWM and MM processes and system workflows.
- Track and manage logistics documents, including purchase orders (POs), stock transport orders (STOs), inbound deliveries, transport units (TUs), and delivery schedules.
- Assist team members with SAP process navigation and provide guidance on standard system workflows.
- Troubleshoot routine SAP issues, recommend solutions, and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate system documentation and support continuous process improvements.
- Help develop and maintain internal process documentation and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure logistics data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience
- Familiarity with SAP, preferably within the EWM and MM modules, or experience with similar ERP systems
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, including purchase orders, stock transport orders, inbound deliveries, and delivery management
- Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, and data management to maintain accurate operational records
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple documents, priorities, and deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A proactive approach to learning, continuous improvement, and resolving operational challenges
Day 1 Requirement- Composite toe safety shoes that meet ASTM F2412 (Standard Test Methods for Foot Protection) and ASTM F2413 (Standard Specification Performance Requirements for Foot Protection)

Commitment: This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. It will be onsite and available to candidates who are local to the Las Vegas, NV area.
