Are you ready to build and scale a high-growth Construction Project Management business at a national level? Pinchin is seeking a commercially driven, growth-minded Vice President, Construction Project Management to accelerate revenue growth, win new clients, and lead the national expansion of its Construction Project Management service line across Canada.

This senior leadership role is responsible for driving national revenue growth, winning and expanding key client relationships, building a strong sales pipeline, scaling consistent service delivery, and leading high-performing teams to deliver profitable, sustainable growth aligned with Pinchin’s long-term growth objectives.

Construction Project Management Overview

Construction Project Management is one of Pinchin’s highest-priority growth engines, with significant untapped market opportunity across Canada, supporting clients with complex projects that require disciplined execution, strong risk management, and consistent national delivery. This role will aggressively grow Pinchin’s market share in the construction sector by expanding the client base, cross-selling across Pinchin’s full range of services, deepening relationships with clients and partners, and scaling CPM into a core national revenue platform.

Your Impact

• Own and execute Pinchin’s national Construction Project Management growth strategy, setting and achieving ambitious revenue and market-share targets across priority Canadian markets.
• Define the go-to-market approach — including target sectors, high-value project profiles, service scope, competitive pricing guidance, delivery standards, templates, and QA/QC expectations.
• Personally lead business development to drive new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, master service agreements, and major project pursuits, building and converting a strong sales pipeline while acting as executive sponsor on the most significant opportunities.
• Grow revenue within existing accounts by cross-selling Pinchin’s full range of services and increasing wallet share with strategic clients.
• Build, lead, mentor, and develop a national CPM leadership team, including regional CPM leaders and specialized technical talent.
• Own full P&L accountability for CPM growth and profitability, including revenue, gross profit, backlog, pipeline, margin, WIP, utilization, and capacity.
• Serve as Pinchin’s senior ambassador in the market, building visibility and generating new business with clients, developers, contractors, industry associations, conferences, and strategic partners.
• Support internal change management to position CPM as a consistent, high-growth national service offering.
• Lead by example in accordance with Pinchin’s Core Values and desired culture.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Progressive senior leadership experience in construction project management, engineering consulting, environmental consulting, or a related professional services environment.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing national or multi-regional growth strategies that delivered measurable revenue and market-share gains.
• Proven business-development track record of consistently winning complex, high-value projects, growing revenue against ambitious targets, and building executive-level relationships with national clients, developers, contractors, and strategic partners.
• Strong financial and operational management skills, including experience monitoring revenue, gross profit, margins, capacity, and performance indicators.
• Experience defining service delivery standards, operating models, QA/QC frameworks, project controls, and scalable business processes.
• Strong people leadership skills, including recruitment, leadership development, mentoring, succession planning, and fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and client commitment.
• Excellent communication, influencing, reporting, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong judgment, decision-making skills, and a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
• Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, business, or a related discipline is preferred; a relevant professional designation or equivalent experience is considered an asset.
