Your Tasks

• Manage project qualification activities, ensuring strong project momentum, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution of project objectives.
• Review, assess, and negotiate adjustment requests and payment term changes with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support planning and engineering teams by coordinating RFQ (Request for Quotation) requirements and project demand activities.
• Manage supplier relationships through regular performance reviews and monthly follow‑ups, utilising scorecards focused on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery (OTD), lead times, and quality metrics.
• Develop comprehensive strategic sourcing strategies and negotiation plans to support procurement objectives.
• Prepare and issue bid solicitation packages, ensuring completeness and compliance with organisational requirements.
• Coordinate supplier tender submissions and provide support for internal inquiries throughout the sourcing and evaluation process.
• Review, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and create work instructions to support operational consistency and compliance.
• Facilitate supplier onboarding and SAP vendor setup processes.
• Coordinate and execute Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with suppliers and business partners.
• Support the preparation, review, and execution of supplier and commercial contracts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support procurement and sourcing activities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant post‑secondary programme (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
• Self‑driven, resourceful, and has a strong work ethic to achieve goals independently and work well in groups.
