About The Opportunity

• Design, build, and maintain custom business applications and enterprise integrations that support operations across the organization
• Lead the technical design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions
• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex production issues spanning multiple applications, integrations, and vendors
• Modernize legacy applications while ensuring stability and reliability for operational teams
• Establish and champion development standards, code quality, testing practices, documentation, and secure software development
• Mentor and support software developers through technical leadership, code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with operational leaders and business stakeholders to translate workflow needs into practical technical solutions
• Contribute to architecture decisions, technical roadmaps, and build‑versus‑buy evaluations for enterprise applications and integrations

About You

In addition to placing high value on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, you bring:

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, including several years operating at a senior technical level
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong experience developing enterprise applications using modern server‑side technologies such as C#/.NET, Java, Node.js, PHP, or Python
• Proven experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and enterprise system integrations
• Strong SQL and relational database design skills, including query optimization and data modeling
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or another cloud platform
• Knowledge of secure software development practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Git‑based development workflows
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences

Asset Qualifications

• Experience supporting healthcare, seniors' living, or other 24/7 operational environments
• Experience integrating hospitality, workforce management, or clinical applications
• Experience with e‑commerce or online payment technologies
