The Project Manager – Business Initiatives (for approximately two years) is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages stakeholder relationships, and identifies and mitigates risks to achieve successful project outcomes. Projects assigned to this role often require guidance and oversight due to their scope, complexity, or organizational impact, and may require tailored project management approaches. The Project Manager is expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication, accountability, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. In addition to planned initiatives, this role frequently supports emerging or unplanned projects that arise across the organization. As such, the Project Manager Business Initiatives must demonstrate flexibility, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while building and maintaining effective relationships with internal teams and external partners to move initiatives forward.
