This includes maintaining accurate and confidential records, collaborating with campus partners, referring students to internal and external services, and engaging families when appropriate. The therapist will contribute to the development of student-focused health and wellness initiatives and deliver training and educational workshops for student leaders, staff, and faculty.

The role also involves a commitment to ongoing professional development. The therapist is expected to stay current with trends in student mental health, maintain professional registration, and participate in relevant continuing education.
