Job description
Become the Fresh Deli Department Manager at Farm Boy, where your leadership and customer service will shine in creating a vibrant shopping experience. Drive team success with your expertise and operational knowledge. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with the Store Manager and Retail Specialist, layering in strategic activities to boost department performance. Emphasizing coaching and team engagement, you will cultivate a high-performance environment that prioritizes exceptional service and product quality. Your oversight will include inventory management and compliance with food handling regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the Deli Department in delivering exceptional customer experiences • Collaborate on strategies that drive business performance • Mentor staff to ensure ongoing development and success • Oversee product quality, ordering, and inventory processes • Ensure full compliance with health and safety policies Requirements: • Minimum three years of management experience in a deli or retail setting • Completion of food handling certifications required • Strong organizational and analytical abilities • Able to work varied hours including nights and weekends • English fluency required, French an asset Drive excellence in the Deli Department with your leadership at Farm Boy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
