Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer

Our client, is seeking a talented and solution-oriented Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer to join their core digital technology and workflow automation division.

In this strategic consulting role, you will play a critical part in designing, building, and optimizing enterprise integrations and automations using Adobe Workfront Fusion. Serving as a trusted subject matter expert, you will partner closely with business leaders, Solution Architects, and technical leads to translate complex operational requirements into scalable, reliable integration workflows. This position is ideal for a developer who pairs deep technical expertise in API-driven integrations with a strong advisory mindset, helping teams streamline processes, improve data quality, and maximize enterprise productivity.

Duration: 4-Month Contract (with potential for extension)

Work Arrangement: Remote (Expectation of working EST business hours; Toronto-based candidates may work on-site if/as needed)

Responsibilities
Integration Engineering & Automation
Fusion Scenario Development: Design, build, test, and deploy robust Adobe Workfront Fusion scenarios and integrations connecting to enterprise platforms including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Jira, Salesforce, Slack, Veeva, and other third-party APIs.

Process Optimization & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Fusion scenarios to ensure high performance, reliability, error handling, and scalability.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive unit, system, and regression testing to validate workflow functionality, data integrity, and compliance with data governance standards.

Solution Design & Stakeholder Advisory
Discovery & Architecture Alignment: Collaborate with Workfront Solution Architects, Functional Leads, and business partners to define optimal integration strategies, lead technical discovery sessions, and map data workflows.

Technical Documentation: Author and maintain detailed technical documentation, including integration design specifications, data mapping schemas, workflow diagrams, and operational support procedures.

Enablement & Continuous Improvement: Support knowledge transfer and onboarding for business users while researching new Fusion features and Workfront releases to recommend continuous process improvements.



Qualifications
Adobe Workfront Fusion Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, building, and supporting integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion alongside core Workfront platform configurations.

Integration & API Engineering: Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise system integrations, webhooks, REST/SOAP APIs, and automated workflow solutions.

Enterprise Ecosystem Exposure: Direct experience integrating Workfront with platforms such as AEM, Jira, Salesforce, Slack, Veeva, or Microsoft products.

Consulting & Stakeholder Management: Outstanding technical advisory skills, with the proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical designs and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Testing & Optimization Skills: Solid experience with systematic testing, error handling design, and performance tuning of enterprise integrations.

Working Hours Alignment: Ability to operate reliably during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
