Katrina & The Team is growing and providing opportunities for our community. We're looking for an experienced Senior Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to join our creative marketing team.

This is predominantly a photography role, with videography also required. You will be capturing exceptional real estate photography and video for residential properties throughout Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

Office Location: 401 – 15350 Croydon Drive, Surrey, BC

We're looking for someone with a strong technical understanding of photography, an eye for composition and detail, and a passion for creating eye catching and cinematic media that helps homes stand out.

Videography experience is also required to produce high-quality property walkthroughs, agent narration, and marketing content.

Responsibilities

Photography

• Photograph residential and luxury properties throughout Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
• Determine proper camera settings, lighting, composition, exposure, and bracketing for every shoot.
• Capture high-quality interior and exterior images that showcase each home's best features
• Capture team events, and digitally edit team photos
• Organize and manage image files efficiently
• Operate drone photography (required)
• Complete Matterport photography property scans (training provided)

Videography

• Capture cinematic property videos and agent narration.
• Film team events and marketing content
• Organize and manage files efficiently.
• Assist with video production as required.

Additional Responsibilities

• Meet project deadlines while managing multiple shoots.
• Communicate professionally with clients, agents, and team members.
• Assist with team events and marketing initiatives.
• Assist agents with innovative and attention-grabbing script narration
• Collaborate with the Listing Coordinator and leadership team.

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of professional photography/videography experience. Real estate experience is preferred; however, experience in weddings, events, architecture, or commercial photography will also be considered.
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts or a related field is considered an asset.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, exposure, HDR/bracketing, and understand of video equipment such as sequencing, wireless microphones, and file formats.
• Experience with Sony DSLR's is preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana is an asset.

Requirements

• Valid British Columbia Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record (required)
• Reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Willingness to travel throughout Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
