The Role
As a Signature Account Executive, you play a critical role in delivering the elevated experience our Signature clients expect from Schill Insurance. You are a trusted advisor to high-value private clients, responsible for protecting complex insurance portfolios, anticipating client needs, and building long-term relationships grounded in trust and exceptional service.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Deliver an Exceptional Signature Client Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Signature clients, delivering a consistently high level of personalized service
- Build strong, long-term relationships through a deep understanding of each client’s needs, preferences, and risk profile
- Communicate with professionalism, clarity, and confidence across all written and verbal interactions
- Support clients with ICBC Autoplan needs where appropriate to ensure continuity across their full insurance portfolio
- Provide a seamless, responsive, and elevated 5-star experience throughout the client journey
Provide Strategic Risk Advice & Insurance Solutions
- Analyze client risk exposures and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Review policy wording to identify coverage gaps and ensure policies align with client needs and risk tolerance
- Partner with carriers and underwriters to structure comprehensive solutions for both new and renewal business
- Translate complex insurance information into clear, confident, and client-friendly advice
Own & Grow Your Book of Business
- Take ownership of a Signature book of business with accountability for retention, relationship strength, and growth
- Identify thoughtful opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and referrals while always prioritizing the client’s best interests
- Lead renewal conversations proactively, including remarketing where appropriate to maintain strong coverage and client retention
- Strengthen long-term client loyalty through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery
Maintain Accuracy & Operational Excellence
- Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation within Epic, including client communication and coverage recommendations
- Track and follow up on underwriting requirements and outstanding client requests
- Maintain zero accounts receivable across direct bill and agency bill policies
- Exercise sound judgement and discretion while managing complex and sensitive client matters
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation within Epic, including client communication and coverage recommendations
- Track and follow up on underwriting requirements and outstanding client requests
- Maintain zero accounts receivable across direct bill and agency bill policies
- Exercise sound judgement and discretion while managing complex and sensitive client matters
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience managing high-value or complex personal insurance portfolios
- Previous experience in a VIP, Signature, or Private Client insurance environment
- Established relationships with carriers and underwriting partners
- CAIB, CIP, or other industry designations or ongoing education
