Job description
Support the Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation as an Enrollment Officer with a focus on administrative excellence and community engagement. This role involves managing citizen enrollment and supporting various departmental logistics. As an Enrollment Officer, you will oversee enrollment processes, handle public inquiries, and coordinate necessary logistics for events. Your role is vital in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of administrative functions within the VGFN. Strong communication and proficiency in administrative tools are necessary for this position. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain Citizen enrollment files and genealogy charts • Coordinate logistics for meetings and travel • Facilitate communication with Citizens and staff • Process and prepare financial transactions • Ensure confidentiality in records management Requirements: • Certificate or diploma in office administration or equivalent • Experience in administrative and logistical operations • Strong customer-service orientation • Proficiency in MS Office products and records systems • Excellent organizational skills Bring your administrative talents and commitment to community service to the VGFN in Old Crow. #J-18808-Ljbffr
