Job description
Join MNP as a Manager for the Assurance & Accounting team, focusing on public companies in Burlington or Waterloo, Ontario. Leverage your CPA qualification to lead impactful audits and drive client satisfaction. As a key member of this dynamic team, you will oversee client engagements, ensuring compliance while delivering insightful financial information. You will guide a team, manage client relationships, and navigate the evolving financial reporting landscape effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Lead audit engagements and manage compliance tax projects • Deliver tailored financial reports and presentations • Build and maintain client relationships to drive growth • Responsible for engagement planning and budget management • Mentor team members for professional and personal growth Requirements: • CPA designation is required • 4 to 6 years of relevant public accounting experience • Strong understanding of accounting and management principles • Proven skills in people management and leadership • Flexibility to travel, as necessary Make a meaningful impact with your accounting expertise at MNP and thrive in a rewarding culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
