Position Summary
ENGL 100: Critical Reading and Writing IThis course develops students’ proficiency in critical reading and writing through the study of a wide range of non-literary and literary texts, and the study of composition, with emphasis on connections between modes of reading and writing.
Note: Students who are planning to repeat ENGL 100 should seek academic advising before doing so.This course is offered through the University of Regina Faculty of Education Bachelor of Education Program in partnership with
North West College in
North Battleford, Saskatchewan. Enrollment is restricted to students admitted to the North West College Bachelor of Education Program. Position Requirements Normally it is preferred that applicants will have a Master of Education degree appropriate to the area of instruction. Applicants should also have experience in the education system appropriate to the content of the course applied for, knowledge of, and experience with the Saskatchewan curriculum, knowledge and experience with Faculty of Education programs, and current knowledge of issues related to the course for which the applicant has applied. University teaching experience is an asset.
